Hi, what are “Herbs De Provence” and where can I get it to buy? I live in Trinidad. Thanks.
Hi Angela! Herbs De Provence are a bunch of dried herbs like marjoram, rosemary, thyme, oregano. They add great flavour to roasted vegetables, potatoes and soups. It’s actually named after the Provence region of France where it is said to have originated.
I usually buy the Bee’s brand in the packet form. If you check in Tru Valu in the seasoning or oriental aisle, it should be where they shelve the packet versions of onion powder, lemon pepper, cinnamon, Maggi seasonings, etc
Hope this helps (Sorry, I used all mine or I would have uploaded a pic to show you what the pack looks like 😦 )
